Registration entitles all delegates to the following:

• Social functions: Welcome Reception, Network session, Forum Dinner

Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an acknowledgment via email confirming your registration .

Cancellations must be notified in writing to  the Organising Committee  via lcc@uwa.edu.au. 

The program is accurate at the time of publication. However, the organisers retain the right to delete, modify, or alter items from the program, as well as adjust any aspect of the Forum's scheduling and delivery, at their sole discretion and without prior notice. The host organisations cannot be held liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such changes.

The host organisations reserve the right to use any recordings, whether audio or video, and/or any photographs captured at any point during the Forum for promotional, advertising, or reporting purposes related to the Forum and/or its content, at their sole discretion.

All individuals planning to visit Australia are required to possess a valid visa for entry. Upon completing registration you will receive a welcome letter via email. It is highly advised to submit Australian visa applications at least 2-3 months before departing from your port of origin. By registering and attending the APLCF 2024 participants agree to the organiser's utilisation and dissemination (both presently and in the future) of their image or voice captured in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes. The Host Organisations  of APLCF 2024  (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
